Princess Charlène (44) and Prince Albert (64) of Monaco will attend the coronation ceremony of King Charles III on May 6th. (74) travel to London.

Princess Charlene and Prince Albert are among the first high-ranking royals to have confirmed their attendance at the historic event at London’s Westminster Abbey.

Your joint appearance as a couple is considered a statement!

Because the Grimaldis have had to deal with rumors of separation for the past two years.

But not only that: also through Princess Charlène’s health problems the princely couple could hardly pursue their royal duties.

Review: early last year Charléne of Monaco treated for four months in a luxury clinic in Switzerland for acute exhaustion.

Before that, she was stuck in South Africa for months and was initially not allowed to travel because of an ear, nose and throat infection.

Eventually, she even had to undergo multiple ENT surgeries.

Rumors of a marriage crisis with Prince Albert kept circulating. But now the marital problems seem to be over. A divorce seems averted.

The princess said to “Monaco Matin”: “We are only human.” And further: “Only that our family is exposed to the media and every weakness goes directly to the public.”

In the interview, Charlène raved about her husband, who stood by her during her difficult times. Charlène: “He always did everything to protect our children and me.”

With their joint appearance at Charles’ coronation in London, the Monegasque royal couple finally put an end to the separation rumors!

The Monegasque prince and his princess are looking forward to it, as Albert now confirms to “People”: “I don’t know how many more coronations of an English monarch I’ll see in my lifetime, so we’ll try to take advantage of that.”

Prince Albert is sure “that it will be an incredible and very moving ceremony and that His Majesty will bring his own personal touch to the ceremonies.”

Last had themselves King Charles and Prince Albert at the Saw the Queen’s funeral, also a historic appearance by Albert and Charlène.

Whether the Grimaldis die Coronation is not yet clear along with their children, who will be followed by twins Jacques and Gabriella (both 8).

“The kids, I think, are maybe a bit too young for these kinds of ceremonies. But we’ll see,” said the Prince of Monaco.
