Morena accused the “Dirty War Cartel” of defaming Delfina Gómez about irregularities in the SEP

Despite the fact that the Superior Audit Office of the Federation (ASF) detected irregularities for 830.7 million pesos in the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) during the administration of Delfina Gómez, today Morena’s pre-candidate for the government of the State of Mexico, for her pre-campaign coordinator, Horacio Duarte, they are “defamations”.

In a press conference, the Morenista denied this Wednesday that “the teacher” is responsible for these irregularities, as he explained that the ASF report indicates that there were observations of a program for state public universities, but the SEP sent the resources to the 32 states.

“This resource is directly integrated into the 32 federal entities and in turn these entities transfer the resources to these institutes. The SEP has no responsibility, much less whoever holds the SEP”

In this sense, he assured that the ASF did not make any direct accusations or inferences against Delfina Gómez, so for him it is a mechanism to defame the pre-candidate by what he called the “Dirty War Cartel”. which included former PAN president Felipe Calderón, businessman Claudio X. González, and PRI national leader Alejandro “Alito” Moreno.

For her part, and leading a meeting in the municipality of Tecámac, the virtual standard-bearer of the self-called “Fourth Transformation” (4T) called on her militants to give a massive vote and obtain a resounding victory to get a higher percentage and avoid the ” temptations” of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) for committing electoral fraud like the one that occurred in 2017.

Gómez Álvarez affirmed that the dirty war and the “false news” intensified against the movement, because “the corrupt of always want to maintain their privileges in the hope of change that is in Morena.”
