On Wednesday, between 25 and 40 centimeters of snow is expected within 24 hours in some places in the south-eastern parts of the country.
The warning service varsom.no has issued an orange danger warning for snow in Agder, Vestfold and Telemark, and the traffic operator at the Road Traffic Center, Anniken Island, warns of snow chaos and slippery roads.

In Western Norway, strong winds have already led to snow drifts, closures and convoy driving on several mountain passes.

According to Iceland, all contractors have been notified of the orange level alerts. They are prepared with all the resources to step in where needed.
