After having confirmed details and received homologation certification in Brazil (allowing the device to be sold on national soil), now it’s time for the future Razr 40 Ultra to appear in even more official images thanks to a huge leak that details the main design features of the Motorola’s next foldable smartphone.

The official renderings were shared by the informant Evan Blass on his Twitter account and show the device in three color options whose names have previously leaked: Infinite Black (black), Glacier Blue (blue) and Viva Magenta (magenta), reinforcing one more the presence of the large external screen and circular cutouts to house the dual camera and the LED flash.

We see that the device will have a polished and reflective aluminum frame in the same tone as the back cover (be it in black, blue or magenta), betting on an internal panel with thin edges and a circular notch for the front camera.

Motorola seems to maintain the organization of the side buttons, with a pair for volume control and another for screen lock, and may also offer an integrated fingerprint reader for easier unlocking of the device.

The device is expected with an external screen of approximately 3 inches, an internal screen of 6.7 inches with a rate of 165 Hz, a high-performance Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor and Android 13 as standard, in addition to a battery with a capacity of 3,800 mAh and support for 30W charging.

Regarding the rear cameras, the device must bet on a main lens (of supposedly 13 MP) and a macro lens (or ultrawide with macro mode), in addition to a single internal front camera.

In addition to the Razr 40 Ultra, Motorola is expected to present to the world a more affordable version of a foldable smartphone with a smaller external screen and simpler technical sheet.

Expected as Razr 40, the device has already had its possible design revealed in three color options (green, cream and black) with a plastic back cover that imitates leather instead of the more expensive glass to produce.

More details related to Motorola’s foldable smartphone series should emerge in the coming weeks as we approach its official launch – whose date remains unknown.
