After their defeat in the league against AC Milan (0-4), Naples lost again against the Rossoneri (0-1) this Wednesday in the quarter-final first leg of the Champions League. A negative result, and yet Azzurri midfielder Eljif Elmas (23, 9 Champions League appearances this season) still believes in qualifying for the semi-finals.
“We knew that Milan are strong, they are champions of Italy and are in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. We should have shown more attention. All games are tough. We will miss players, but we you have to get up right away. (…) We can still pass, we are strong and we will never give up”, assured the Macedonian on the Sky Italia channel.
