The findings were recorded when members of the institution carried out preventive and security patrols to combat the robbery of carriers on highways in the municipalities of Saltillo, Coahuila; Linares and China, in Nuevo León; as well as in Cárdenas and Cunduacán, Tabasco.

An action was registered in the municipality of Saltillo, Coahuila at kilometer 026+100 of the Monterrey-Saltillo highway, where national guards stopped the driver of a tractor-trailer coupled to a semi-trailer, for a safety check.

After requesting the invoice that covered the approximately 48,000 liters of fuel he was transporting, they realized that he did not have the documentation to prove the origin and legality of the cargo, for which he was arrested.

On the other hand, in the municipality of La China, Nuevo León, National Guard personnel stopped three tractor-trailers coupled to tank-type semi-trailers, loaded with approximately 141,000 liters of hydrocarbon; the drivers stated that they did not have the documentation that would guarantee the legal origin of the fuel, remaining as detainees.

At another point, at kilometer 174+500 of the Ciudad Victoria-Monterrey highway, in Linares, Nuevo León, elements of the institution located a vehicle coupled to an abandoned tank-type semi-trailer, which was transporting approximately 40,000 liters of fuel. Therefore, it was protected to make it available to the Federal Public Ministry.

In another seizure, in the municipality of Cárdenas, Tabasco, national guards carried out preventive and security patrols, locating a trailer attached to a semi-trailer loaded with approximately 40,000 liters of fuel. The operator was arrested for not guaranteeing the legal possession of the cargo he was transporting.

Finally, at kilometer 138+00 of the Coatzacoalcos-Villahermosa highway, in the municipality of Cunduacán, Tabasco, the driver of a tractor-trailer was arrested, coupled to a tank-type semi-trailer, which was transporting approximately 43,000 liters of hydrocarbon, which It did not have the invoice that would support its legal origin.

In each of the actions, the detainees were read the Bill of Rights that Assist Persons in Detention, they were entered into the National Registry of Detentions and, together with the units and the approximately 315,000 liters of hydrocarbon, they were made available. in the delegation of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) in each entity, to continue the corresponding investigations.
