The Cuban comedian Andy Vázquez He shared a text on his social networks in which he proclaims the love he feels for the land where he was born.
Andy, who has been away from his homeland for four years, expressed that Being born in Cuba is the highest privilege that can be granted to a human being.
“Cuba is shitty, it’s having to leave half an hour early because on the way you have to say hello to half the neighborhood. Cuba is almost heavenly landscapes. Cuba is the little cup of coffee while you catch up with the neighbors in the morning, it’s the constant chucho while dominoes are played on some corner. Cuba is so much!” he explained in Facebook.
The comedian, very committed to the political and economic situation of the Island, stressed that Cuba means more than the diabolical power that oppresses it.
“And although we know that most of those virtues have been cut off from us for all these years, no Cuban can deny his love for the land where he was born. I Love Cuba and that is why I want it free,” he concluded.
