After a postponement on the eve of 2022, Company of Heroes 3 will now be launched on February 23. Those who want can, of course, test the experience already now, in a technical test of the game’s multiplayer systems.

The test is open to everyone, and all you have to do is get started via Steam. All you have to do is go to The Steam page for Company of Heroes 3 and press the “Request Access” or “Request access” button. The test is already underway and will continue until 19:00 on Monday 16 January.

As developer Relic writes gives the test access to an introductory guide for those who have not played before. You can then try your hand at one-on-one, two-on-two, three-on-three or four-on-four matches.

Eight maps are available, which are varied based on how many players are involved. Players can try their hand at four different factions; namely US Forces, Wehrmacht, British Forces and Deutsches Afrikakorps.

The third main entry in the Company of Heroes series takes place during World War II, spanning Europe and North Africa. The developer has promised a return to the series’ roots, with mechanics mainly taken from the original Company of Heroes and various tweaks based on fan feedback.
