LEGO has released a sneak peek of the upcoming set LEGO Ideas BTS Dynamite. It shows a silhouette of the members of the popular korean band of boys and the legend “Na-na-na, na-na, na-na, ayy!”. which is part of the letter. The official announcement of the set should be coming soon, three days to be exact.

The original project featured various locations that the music video featured, such as the donut shop, the music store, and the nightclub. It will also have BTS minifigures including Jung Kook, V, Jimin, SUGA, Jin, j-hope, and RM.

New LEGO release for 2023

The LEGO Ideas team hopes the controversy doesn’t continue until the official set is unveiled, though at least the excitement is building on Twitter: The LEGO Group’s sneak peek has over 143,000 likes at the time of writing, with plenty. of building hype in the responses.

If nothing else, the groundwork is there for this to become one of the most polarizing sets of crowdsourcing to date.

It looks like the LEGO Group will at least honor the original concept in terms of its character lineup, which is probably the bare minimum for any BTS set. More interesting to see will be how the design team has adapted the original build for the official set, given the initial reactions to getting the green light.

We’ll find out for sure later this week, when the LEGO Group officially unveils its first set featuring a K-pop band. Check back with Brick Fanatics for more information as soon as we have it, and let us know in the comments if you’re holding out for the LEGO BTS set.
