PIt looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer for the release of ‘Hollow Knight: Silksong’. The game, which was supposed to be released during this first half of 2023, is still in development.
“We planned to release (‘Hollow Knight: Silksong’) in the first half of 2023, but development continues. We are excited as the game progresses and it has become quite large, so we would like to take some time to make the game as good as we can.”writes one of the members of the production company Team Cherry on Twitter.
Despite not advancing a new release date, this member of the producer indicates that more details will be shared when the launch is closer.
It is worth remembering that the idea behind ‘Hollow Knight: Silksong’ started with making Hornet a new playable character, with the team deciding to create an expansion dedicated to the character and, later, an isolated game that works as a continuation of ‘Hollow Knight ‘ – title originally released in 2017.
