On Friday, the job fair will take place again at Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences from 11 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Everything revolves around jobs and careers. Companies from the region provide information about their vacancies and point out career opportunities.

Largest job market place in the country

A great opportunity for the organizers. “Visitors can look forward to the largest marketplace for jobs in Vorarlberg and a total of over 1000 jobs on offer,” say Christian Zoll (Industrial Association) and Stefan Fitz-Rankl (University of Applied Sciences) at Vorarlberg LIVE. The goal is to connect employers and employees. This is also the general focus of the university of applied sciences. “Our basic understanding is to work very closely with the region and the companies. The university of applied sciences is very closely networked here. In every study program, practical or direct practical cases are always worked on,” emphasizes Fitz-Rankl.

The whole show

Recruiting is currently a major challenge for companies. “The market is not easy,” says Zoll. Work-life balance is also an issue. “Companies are prepared for this. I would wish that many would want to work 100 percent, but with 1,000 jobs there should be something for everyone.”

The broadcast “Vorarlberg LIVE” is a cooperation between VOL.AT, VN.at, Ländle TV and VOL.AT TV and is broadcast from Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. There’s more here.
