In episode 17 of the PC Games Podcast, we focus on three topics that could hardly be more different. It starts with EA Sports PGA Tour: Road to the Masters. After several years, EA is returning the game of golf to the virtual green, so recently held an in-depth presentation on the game, which Chris attended. Together with Sascha, he therefore talks about why the title could become a really strong sports game that not only excites die-hard golf fans. Afterwards, Maci and Chris focus on the surprise hit M3GAN. Maci saw the horror film and explained why M3GAN, despite the killer doll theme, isn’t just a cheap Chucky imitation. Nevertheless, the two podcasters are of course comparing the new Blumhouse film with the Chucky remake Child’s Play, to which there are nevertheless some parallels. The final theme of the episode is then Forspoken. Lately, many players have been skeptical about Square Enix’s action RPG, and then the publisher also decided to only supply certain outlets with test samples, apparently to avoid criticism. As a result, PC Games decided not to deliver a regular test for the game. Since nevertheless many of our users after our Assessment on Forspoken asked, Chris invited buffed colleague Susanne, who was able to test the title for her editorial team.
