“Yes, it is in a process of liberation, it is a decision of the ELN based on the demand that we have made as a government to act accordingly with the commitments that we have assumed to build scenarios of trust for peace,” said Rueda.

“The uniformed man, who left with his rest permit after the closure of public establishments in said municipality, was moving in his personal vehicle, being intercepted by armed persons, unaware of his whereabouts until now,” said Siza Ramírez.
