No place at the negotiating table – according to the expert, the chances of reconciliation between Harry and his family should be higher without Princess Kate and Duchess Meghan.

London – Time is of the essence. The coronation of will take place in London on May 6th King Charles III (74) instead. The celebrations will last three days and will be an absolute highlight for the British and all Royal fans worldwide. But the British royal family’s smoldering conflict with Prince Harry (38) and Meghan Markle (41) threatens to overshadow the coronation.

Prince Harry and his family should “get things done” – without Meghan and Kate

The mostly unflattering stories that Prince Harry unpacked about his family in his biography “Spare” (“Spare”) have hardened fronts, especially between Harry and his brother Prince William (40). “Everyone in the palace is afraid that fratricidal war will overshadow the coronation. The coronation is an event of the century and nothing should detract from it,” a palace insider told bild.de.

That’s why King’s wife Camilla (75) is said to have already pulled out all the stops to get Prince Harry at a table with his family. Kate Middleton (41) and Meghan Markle should not be part of the party, as historian Marlene A. Eilers Koenig interviewed The Daily Express recommends.

I definitely think Harry should talk to his father, his brother, his advisors without Meghan and then involve her and Catherine and work things out.

‘Apologies needed on both sides’: Harry, William and Charles need to sort that out

In order to calm things down before the coronation, “apologies will be needed on both sides,” predicts Marlene A. Eilers Koenig. So far, at least on the part of the British royal family, this has not happened, according to an insider Us Weekly reveals: “The palace hasn’t apologized to Meghan, which frustrates Harry. He has not received a personal apology either.” Koenig’s opinion is particularly problematic in Prince Harry’s and Duchess Meghan’s statements about racist tendencies within the royal family, which they made in 2021 in their disclosure interview with Oprah Winfrey (69).

“He let this statement smolder for almost two years, he didn’t correct it after the Oprah interview,” says Koenig. It was only in the ITV interview, which aired shortly before the release of Prince Harry’s biography, that Harry refuted those statements. Too late for the royals? Apparently, for Oprah Winfrey, because the talk show icon did not invite Meghan and Harry to her birthday – Harry made her look stupid.
