Historically, CDPR has been good at releasing substantial expansions to their games. Just look at The Witcher 3 which got both Hearts of Stone and the award winning Blood and Wine. Two beloved and not least awesome updates filled with hours of content for players to explore. But if we are to believe the gossip around the upcoming Cyperpunk 2077 expansion Phantom Liberty, it will cover everything else CDPR has done so far for any of its games, at least in terms of budget.
With hours of voice acting from both Idris Elba and Keanu Reeves, it is clear that the production will be expensive, but hopefully the large budget is also reflected in the content of the expansion. In any case, we look forward to revisiting Night City and seeing what Phantom Liberty has to offer once it launches.
