'Photoville' returns to the city with the best in photography

The free photography festival returns to the city.

Photoville has already been installed in Brooklyn Bridge Park and other parts of the city.

Among the exhibition are the images of New York Times photographer Sara Krulwich, who has captured Broadway stars such as Lin-Manuel Miranda, Joel Grey, and Julie Andrews in spontaneous behind-the-scenes moments since 1990.

The exhibition is mounted on pieces of containers like those carried on ships.

Several of these gallery-style walls and cubes are located along the East River.

Photoville runs until June 16, to find out the location of each exhibition visit photoville.nyc.
