When Pink starred in the March issue of the UK version of Women’s Health, we learned a lot about the singer. Like the fact that he works out every day (really awesome), underwent double disc and hip replacement surgery last year (she’s made of tough stuff) and let her come undone through her music. We recommend getting his latest album Trustfall like, now, for a bit of power pop, you won’t be able to help but sing at the top of your lungs.
If we thought we loved it before, it’s nothing compared to our current obsession with the star. And Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore Hart, reminded us exactly why we’re so obsessed with her in her latest Instagram post.
First sharing a selfie followed by a second image of herself showering naked outdoorsit’s Pink’s sense of humor and infectious love of life that we just can’t get enough of.
Captioning the photos with: “Weekends by the lake and a ridiculous new bathing suit. If you haven’t showered outside while your husband tries to scare you every five minutes, you haven’t survived!”, followed by a series of hashtags (including #bananaboobies), about the so-called “ridiculous” bikini that has caught our attention.
The bandeau style, completely transparent, except for some strategically placed banana illustrations. And while Pink may think it’s ridiculous, she actually likes the quirky design. Where can we get one?
While her husband, Carey Hart, dropped a series of drooling face emojis, fellow singer Gwen Stefani also dropped in the comments section with her own handpicked “????” emojis.
That’s not the only swimsuit the singer has shared lately. Returning to Instagram, Pink revealed a bright pink (naturally) swimsuit emblazoned with the slogan ‘vicious bitches’.
Explaining in the caption that her tour costumes often include items from her own wardrobe that she’s had for fifteen years, the swimsuit seems like a relatively new purchase by comparison, but can still make an appearance onstage.
Now forgive me, we need to google ‘sheer banana print bikinis’ again…
