CDMX.- Guillermo del Toro’s animated film Pinocchio will seek an Oscar at the 95th ceremony celebrating the best of cinema.

The work of Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro was considered by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) in the Best Animated Feature category.

Although the film directed by Guillermo del Toro and Mark Gustafson has received nominations for Best Sound, Best Song and Best Soundtrack and Best Adapted Screenplay at awards such as the BAFTA, Golden Globes and Critics’ Choice, this time, it was not selected for go for the award in these shortlists.
