The businessman Santiago Pissani (55), who could be released today after reaching an agreement with the young delivery man who denounced him for a beating attack, must testify before the Investigating Court Seven of Posadas for another complaint against him.

The departure from the Third Police Station, the establishment where he has been staying since last Friday, May 5, is very close to materializing for Pissani.

The decision is made by the head of the Second Investigating Court, Juan Manuel Monte, who has already rejected two requests for release. What is different in this request is a letter from the complainant, Sebastián Lafuente, 23, presented to the prosecutor Christian Antúnez, for which he could be inclined to grant the defendant’s release for injuries and threats. Now, through judicial sources, this morning paper was able to verify that there is another case that points him out again as the author of aggression.

The textile businessman was summoned by Judge Miguel Ángel Mattos, to respond to a complaint that involves him in an act of persecution and crash, which occurred in the town of Nemesio Parma, located 10 kilometers from the urbanization.

Regarding the reason why he should appear for the investigation, the merchant owner of a clothing and design workshop carries a complaint for cornering and colliding with another vehicle with his four-wheel drive truck.

According to the complainant’s version, the 55-year-old man had made the decision to pursue him and catch up with him to cause damage to his vehicle, because the victim had passed him on a dirt road and would have soiled his luxurious vehicle.
