Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila; April 25, 2023.- During a meeting with the citizens, the candidate for governor of the Citizens’ Alliance for Security, Manolo Jiménez Salinas, announced the health benefits that the Coahuilian population will have during his government, among the which include the Popular Health centers within the colonies.

Accompanied by the candidate for local deputy for the 12th district, Edna Dávalos, Jiménez Salinas presented the Popular Health axis of the Agenda to Improve Quality of Life, a platform of projects and proposals that support his campaign for the governorship of Coahuila.

“Today we are a benchmark in security and economic stability at the national level, because we have worked hand in hand with you for a long time. With this same dynamic, we are going to take another step forward and we are going to be a benchmark in healthcare services and coverage for the most vulnerable groups”, he said.

For this, he stressed that in his government popular health centers will be created within the colonies throughout the state, where they will have, in addition to a general practitioner, psychological care to assist those who request it, in cases of anxiety and depression, ills that affect our current society.

“The health system is mostly a federal responsibility, however, we are going to team up and knock on doors where we have to to promote an inclusive popular health system with decent and quality services, as Coahuilenses deserve. I invite you to continue adding wills and efforts so that Coahuila continues to move forward, because the feeling and thinking of our people is our greatest reason to continue making this a land of opportunities”, Jiménez Salinas exhorted the citizens.

He added that the Popular Health Card will also be created, with which older adults, people with disabilities and members of vulnerable groups will be able to access free medical consultations, studies, tests and medicines, among other benefits.

In turn, at a rally in Saltillo, accompanied by Beatriz Fraustro, candidate for deputy from the 15th district, he endorsed the commitment to bring better health services to all the Coahuila population.

There, he announced that, together with professional services, the public health infrastructure will also be improved, so that all the people who go to state clinics and hospitals are treated in decent facilities, corresponding to the quality and warmth of the care of the personnel who provide them. receive.
