Ten months after being denounced for abusing his own minor daughter, currently 13 years old, for eight years, a 41-year-old former police officer from Misiones was notified during the last weeks of the preventive detention that was arranged by the Investigating Court Three of Posadas, in charge of the investigation.
The target, who was made available by the provincial force after the progress of the case was known, currently remains housed in the Penal Unit VI of Miguel Lanús awaiting his procedural situation to be resolved.
According to the data provided by judicial spokesmen involved in the investigation, the cash is accused of sexual abuse with carnal access, committed against a teenager and by the link.
The head of the intervening court, Fernando Verón, ordered the extension of the arrest period for the defendant after the different procedures ordered at the time.

She reported that the events began when she was 4 years old and lasted until she was 12, although after the last attempt, the teenager hit her family member and prevented a new attack.
Beyond the latter, the victim chose to remain silent for several months until at the end of March of last year he broke his silence, but not with a family member, but with a psychologist.
“I remembered things from the past”
As reconstructed in the file, the sensitive case was reported to the Misiones Police, in the first instance, by authorities of the Almirante Storni Naval Military High School, an institution attended by the adolescent. All this after the victim narrated the different events that he suffered for eight years to a member of the psycho-pedagogical office of the aforementioned training center.
Sources consulted indicated that the teenager had harmed herself and that this caught the attention of one of her classmates, so both girls decided to seek help from the institution’s psychologist.
On the first occasion, the victim was unable to speak with the professional, although later she was able to, but without the accompaniment of her friend.
“A few days ago I began to remember things from the past” was one of the first phrases the student used to begin her story about what she was going through at that moment.
After the institution’s complaint, the girl’s mother was informed of the situation and also filed the corresponding complaint with the Women’s Police Station.
While from the side of the parent, the Zapana-Tilli law firm, intervened in the file as a private complainant, from which important evidence was also provided for the case.

Detention
Following complaints from the authorities of the Liceo Storni and from the girl’s mother, the defendant was arrested by the Police. At the time, the Justice denied a request for his release presented by his defense attorney.
