The CEO of Grupo Puntacana, Frank Elías Rainieri Kuret, is the tourism businessman with the best reputation in the Dominican Republic, according to Merco, which released the list of the 50 most reputable business leaders in the country (“Punta Cana managed to make the hotels were the height of a palm tree”).
