The National Meteorological Service (SNM) alerted this Wednesday about a high risk of urban flooding in practically all of Puerto Rico.
The agency indicated that the activity of downpours and thunderstorms is expected to persist through interior sectors of the Island. This is due to the passage of a tropical wave.
