Before Redfall goes on sale in early May, the team behind the vampire shooter will present the four playable heroes in a video series in more detail. This time it’s the turn of the mysterious sniper Jacob, who, in addition to his own skill, also counts on supernatural powers.
Jacob Boyer had once worked as a sniper for the military, but later decided to offer his unerring services privately. In such a private job he finally lost an eye, which was replaced by a vampire god. And this has given Jacob special abilities since then: In the video we see that he can make himself invisible and is accompanied by a ghostly raven that even attacks enemies. He can also summon a ghost gun that deals extra damage.
Only recently we got to know the heroine Layla in another video, who uses telekinetic powers, among other things, when hunting vamirs. Redfall will be released on May 2, 2023 for PC and Xbox Series X/S.
