Religious lash out at "invasion of sacred territory" of indigenous people in Amambay

“In addition, we call on all organizations and institutions that work in favor of indigenous peoples to unite to accompany their complaints and requests in favor of their territorial rights,” he adds.

In another paragraph, he adds that the natives are the genuine owners and protectors of the forests, and today they are raising their voices in the face of constant invasions, aggravated by the depredation of their territories.

“May we know how to keep the ears of our hearts wide open to listen and understand the call that God makes to us as Christians in the midst of this reality of dehumanization”, concludes.
