Chihuahua.- Family and friends gathered at Luz Eterna mausoleums to watch over the remains of reporter Eduardo Antonio Balderrama Heredia who lost his life last Sunday as a result of an accident that took place on Independencia avenue.

Eduardo was the victim of a hit-and-run during the early hours of Sunday, whose responsible driver fled, without his whereabouts being found so far, for which reason the corresponding inquiries are being carried out.

“Lalo” as he was known, was accompanied by his parents and siblings, as well as close relatives who gathered to say goodbye to him in the middle of an emotional ceremony.

Likewise, fellow reporters from different media outlets were present who lived with the 24-year-old young man on a daily basis in search of the story of the day, which helped him make friends and be appreciated by all those who lived with him.

Eduardo Balderrama had been working for the Heraldo de Chihuahua medium for about three months, for which he mainly covered the educational source, before this he worked in a digital medium that was where he began his career as a journalist.

Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the Uach, Eduardo Balderrama was accompanied by his schoolmates, who were also present during the wake to offer their condolences to his relatives.

Eduardo’s career in journalism was just beginning, however, during the time he worked he made great friends who remember him fondly.
