Capcom revealed during an interview with EDGE Magazine that their upcoming game Resident Evil 4 Remake will not exclude the original game’s criticized location “The Island”. The island, which is the final place you visit during your horror journey, was criticized early on by both players and reviewers as the weakest part of the game will therefore be left in the remake and there will also be a lot more of that stuff, the developer promises, but that didn’t happen deeper into what that means but it clearly sounds like they will make the place much bigger to explore. The development team that worked on Resident Evil 4 Remake split into three teams at the beginning of development so they covered the three different locations you visit in the game, the village, the castle and then finally the island before they helped review and edit each other’s work and we wait now with excitement for the final result that we will see on March 24 when the game is released.
