Mexico City, April 18, 2023.- As reported this Monday during his Weekly Conference, Governor Rubén Rocha Moya began with a series of meetings in Mexico City, to achieve the demand of agricultural producers, to get a price of 7 thousand pesos per ton of corn, and 8 thousand pesos for wheat.

Accompanied by the Secretary of Agriculture and Livestock, José Jaime Montes Salas, Governor Rocha met with the director of Segalmex Guarantee Prices and Incentives, Luis Roberto Salinas Falcón, with whom he discussed compliance with the commitment to purchase one million tons of corn, at the price that is in the Well-being Program, of 6 thousand 965 pesos, which will be withdrawn from the market as a national reserve.

During his stay this Tuesday in Mexico City, the state governor will also meet with the Secretary of the Interior, Adán Augusto López Hernández, and with authorities from the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
