Alleged details about the upcoming Mortal Kombat game have leaked online, including information on pricing, the different editions of, and which consoles it’s launching on. According to reputable leaker billbil-kun, Mortal Kombat 1 (as it will apparently be called) will be released for PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X and – most surprisingly of all – Switch.
The Switch did indeed also get Mortal Kombat 11, but the graphics in this game are expected to be on a level of their own given that Playstation 4 and Xbox One are no longer allowed to participate. Whether we’re talking about a significantly slimmed-down title or whether it’s a cloud version, time will tell. In addition to the platforms, billbil-kun also reveals that Mortal Kombat 1 will cost $69.99 for PC, Playstation and Xbox, while the price for the Switch edition will be $59.99.
A Premium Edition of the game will also be available and cost $109.99, with a physical Kollector’s Edition being offered for $249.99. There is no information about the release date though, but considering the many hints from NetherRealm recently, Mortal Kombat 1 will be presented very soon.
