Like the Twitter account @SamSWUpdate reports, Samsung is probably currently testing around with an update (version number S90xEXXU2CVL7) on the Galaxy S22, S22 Plus and S22 Ultra, which is said to already bring Samsung’s One UI in version 5.1 based on Android 13. The subsequent Galaxy S23 series of devices is no longer too far away, so such an update for the previous models is definitely possible. So far, nothing is known about what innovations One UI 5.1 will bring for users of supported devices, but we certainly won’t have to ask ourselves this question for very long. Samsung is one of the few manufacturers that is now distributing such updates to users in an impressively short time.
