Four teenagers and a Great Dane dog solve mysteries with science and investigation: it is the plot of Scooby-Doo that has conquered adults and children since the late 60s. One of them was Andrew Chiou, who would eventually become Nike’s chief designer, creating a shoe concept inspired by the group’s vehicle.
The Mystery Machine is Chiou’s new idea embodied in Nike Dunk Low shoes. Let us remember that the Taiwanese, an authority on the matter, has on his Instagram account several concepts that hope to be taken into account at some point by the company.
This van was the one that took Fred, Daphe, Vilma and Shaggy, along with Scooby-Doo, to the creepiest and strangest settings.
The legendary cartoonists Joseph Barbera and William Hanna created Scooby-Doo, a franchise that from 1969 to the present, with series, movies and other presentations, continues in force.
Now it is the turn to see the idea of Andrew Chiou with the Nike shoes of the Mystery Machine.

The model works with the colors of the van, turquoise, light green and orange, in addition to flowers and outlined as waves. Its laces are light brown.
In orange stands out the characteristic Nike swoosh, as well as the company logo on the tongue, on a light green background.
While the name The Mystery Machine, the Mystery Machine in Spanish, it is in orange just before the perforations on the top of the foot.
The Mystery Machine Nike Dunk Low is part of the group of concepts devised by Andrew Chiou, for custom shoes or waiting to be launched by Nike. We hope to see them materialized at some point.
