Former President Donald Trump was removed from the stage at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, after gunshots were apparently heard in the crowd.

Trump was showing a graph of border crossing numbers when explosions began to ring out from the crowd. The Republican was caught raising his right hand to his neck and according to the images, there appeared to be blood on his face.

Quickly, The former president crouched behind the riser as his security detail rushed onto the stage, and shouts could be heard from the crowd. The noises continued as officers treated him at the scene.

His caravan immediately left the area. His condition is unknown at this time.
