Radical leaders from the central north of Santa Fe met in a town near the provincial capital to offer their support to the presidential candidacy of the Governor of Jujuy Gerardo Morales. The meeting, which was convened by the National Deputy Mario Barletta, and former northern senator Federico Pezz, had the valuable presence of national and provincial legislators, mayors, community presidents, councilors and party authorities from the most important districts of the central north province .

The meeting took place with several speeches in support of the Governor of Jujuy “in his challenge to the Presidency of the Nation, in the assessment of his demonstrated management capacity in the government of Jujuy, innovating productively and ordering the accounts, in his leadership, in his character essential in these difficult times, and fundamentally in the importance that the UCR has in the institutional life of the country, and the need for someone with the support of a force with history, and also with present and future, of a force with territorial development, can win this year’s elections to govern and unite the Argentine people”.
“Gerardo Morales is the most prepared presidential candidate for Argentina in the coming years, due to his vision as a statesman, due to his teams prepared to govern, due to his character and firmness, due to his knowledge of Argentina’s deep interior, due to his ability to dialogue and build consensus without resigning values or principles”, highlighted Federico Pezz.
Mario Barletta, who spoke at the end of the meeting, expressed “radicalism has a candidate with the necessary capacity to govern our country, prepared for these difficult times that require character, courage, determination and at the same time the capacity for dialogue. The next step agreed upon at this meeting will be the setting up of the President Morales campaign committee, and the calling of a meeting of these characteristics in Rosario for the leadership of the southern province.
