The career of the TCL brand in the electronic and digital industry has gone from less to more. It started in a rather discreet way with low-end devices and little by little it added innovation to establish itself as a recognized franchise. And the CES 2023 (Consumer Electronic Show) it becomes that stage to finish taking off.

The event that officially begins this Thursday, January 5, will have TCL as the protagonist due to the variety of products that will mark its 2023.

Televisions and smart appliances, cell phones and up to three different virtual reality and augmented reality glasses are the spearhead for the brand that has its headquarters in China.

Let’s go first with the cell phones

The brand is presented at CES with the launch of the new family of TCL 40 cell phones, perhaps the cheapest and at the same time modest from this company. Specifically, there are three new smartphones: TCL 40 R 5G, TCL 40 SE and TCL 408. All with 4GB RAM and cameras that do not exceed 50 Mpx.

according to review computer today the first is with 5G connectivity and the remaining two are 4G. They all come with the NFC reading mechanism. They seem very simple, but the striking thing of all are the costs: none exceeds 220 dollars (TCL 40R 5G at 219; TCL 40 SE at 169 and TCL 408 at 129 dollars).

TCL TVs

The China-based brand has a new line of smart displays with Q-Series (QuantumDot miniLED) and S-Series families.

In the case of the first there are two models. There is the Full HD called S3 that stands out for how cheap they are. And then there is the S4 that stands out for having a 4K panel and Dolby Vision support.

We now go to the Q Series family. They all come with increased brightness control zones, Full Array PRO Local Dimming, AIPQ image processor and IMAX certification. There is no doubt, the quality of what you are going to see is guaranteed.

If you are going to look for them to know more details, their names are TCL QM8 and QD-OLED.

Virtual reality and augmented reality

TCL comes to market with TCL RayNeo X2 and TCL NXTEWEAR V smart glasses.

The first have two small holographic microLED screens where you can enjoy content anywhere.

While the others, integrated with virtual reality (VR) software, have a wonderful 108º viewing angle. And they also come with two 1080p microOLED screens and an audio system with noise cancellation.
