A man from Dortmund sprayed tear gas in the faces of two women from Bochum. The man flees first. But with a ruse, the arrest succeeds.

From a distance, federal police officers had to watch at around 2.30 a.m. on Friday night (May 12) as a man from Dortmund (24) entered the main hall of the Dortmund Central Station irritant gas sprayed.

On top of that he grabbed two 21-year-old women from Bochum with the tear gas. According to the police, the women had to struggle with severely irritated eyes and respiratory tract. They fell to the ground. Firefighters took the two to the police station where they could have their eyes rinsed.

Travelers and railway employees had to leave the station for a short time because of the gas. The alleged perpetrator fled in the direction of downtown Dortmund.






The women from Bochum said they met the 24-year-old in a disco and exchanged phone numbers. The police took advantage of this circumstance: the women called him and arranged a meeting in downtown Dortmund. The police arrested the man there. He is said to have been slightly intoxicated and still had the tear gas with him.

Meanwhile, the two women were doing so badly again that second time an ambulance went out to treat eye and respiratory irritation.
