As a result, the President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune ordered, during the last Council of Ministers, to equip all homes with a carbon monoxide detector. It should be noted that the Sonelgaz group will be responsible for this mission. On the airwaves of radio channel 3, Yacine Réda Redouane, adviser to the CEO at Sonelgaz gave more details in this regard.

“Following this decision by the public authorities taken during a Council of Ministers, the very next day, a meeting was held at the level of Sonelgaz, chaired by the CEO, indicated the official. Before adding: “this has the effect of drawing a roadmap for the implementation of these two decisions, namely: the generalization of carbon monoxide detectors and the creation of compliance and performance verification laboratories “.
