A company responsible for the social network Twitter, Twitter Inc., “no longer exists”. This is what can be read according to new documents submitted in court and which show that Twitter is now directly owned by a new company by Elon Musk – called X Corp.
In the document in question shared by the slate website it can be read that “Twitter Inc. joined X Corp. and it no longer exists and, although it means little at this point, Slate notes that speculation has already begun about what we may find ahead in the future of the social network.
Remember that Elon Musk always had ambitious plans for Twitter. In October last year, the businessman said via Twitter that the acquisition of the social network was an “accelerator for X, the application for everything”, which means that Musk intends to create a more complete platform with other types of services.
