On Curaçao, the king celebrated a bit of carnival, and Princess Amalia rescued turtles. In St. Maarten, the family attended an agricultural school project, watched birds, and met with the island’s government.
On Saba, the smallest of the six Dutch Caribbean islands, all the attention was suddenly focused on Máxima’s earlobe! There, knowledgeable Hoop connoisseurs discovered jewelry in the form of shells.
