Juarez City.- Fights and school problems, as well as substance use, is what is attended to through the Florece program of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat (SSPM), which is carried out at the 3012 State Secondary School.

A total of 80 students from said school are the ones who participate, and who are supported with psychological care, with the treatment of their emotions, self-esteem, self-concept, as well as crime prevention, administrative offenses, explained José Luis Martínez, a psychologist from Social Prevention of the SSPM.

“Most of them have behavioral problems of substance use and also emotional damage, that is what we have detected, they have approached us, of course we give them support, we channel them, and if it is necessary that any of our institutions, so we send them there,” said Martínez.

He added that with this program they seek to prevent crime in adolescents, for this reason six sessions are given, once a week, both in the morning shift and in the afternoon shift of the high school, from 11:00 in the morning to 1:00 in the morning. afternoon, and from 2:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon.

In addition, the Valórate project is carried out on weekends, which has been in the town for around 12 years, and which currently benefits more than 250 adolescents together with their parents.
