Are the lionesses and lions like they come across on TV?
The best example is really Ralf. Immediately after the deal we had an appointment with him at the company and he is just as cordial as he appears on TV. The other investors are also very friendly, they are only human and know how exciting it is for founders.
How does working with Ralf Dümmel work?
As in any other company, there are times when you speak several times a week. When it’s a bit quieter, we sometimes have meetings every two weeks, but we’re always in close contact – including with the team.
Where does “Stack” stand today?
In addition to the online shop, we can now also be found at some retailers. “The Lion’s Den” was a huge hit and it looks like I’ll see a “stack” or two at the park this summer. We will continue to expand the brand, we are considering a grill hood, but at the moment the company is concentrating on the grill itself. I can really recommend every start-up to take part.
What did you do with the 80,000 euros? Did all of that flow into the company or did you celebrate something, for example?
Of course, this success was toasted with family and friends. However, the investment of 80,000 euros went solely into the company so that as many people as possible could have fun with the “Stack” grill.
