“Yes I have raped her, I have been drunk, but I don’t know, I was drunk and drunk”, were his first statements by the subject alias ‘Bombita’. When he was captured by the National Police thanks to the support of the population who found him in the streets, he tried to justify himself.
“I took a laptop and two little screens like this, but they took everything from me when I left. I went out, I got to the park, I was drinking for a while longer and from there I lost track, ”she added.
The offender has been the target of repudiation because at the headquarters of the Dirincri he confirmed again that he did abuse the minor. As he told her, she thought she was “a lady.”

SUBJECT WILL BE DETAINED FOR 72 HOURS
The Prosecutor’s Office has to support its request before the Judiciary so that it is decided to order a preventive detention against the subject who abused a minor. It should be noted that the offender, who has a warrant preliminary detention of 72 hours by the 18th Preliminary Investigation Court for Violence against Women, he has a record of theft, aggravated robbery, among others.
“In these three days, the Prosecutor’s Office has to be in a solid fiscal accusation because this man, if he can be said to be human, what awaits him is life imprisonment,” said lawyer Rosario Sasieta.
