“The objective is to eradicate existing inequalities and gaps in the construction labor field. The union will combine its best and greatest efforts to reach agreements and agree on transformative tools, identifying needs for adaptation and updating regulations on gender, equality and diversity policies , which implies the inclusion of the gender perspective,” said the union.

Unionists and businessmen also ratified that “the use and abuse of drugs and psychoactive substances is a social problem that affects people’s lives, impacts their work, affects their integrity and safety, performance and development.”
