Verus Limited Liability Company (Verus), Defense Engineering Limited Liability Company (Defense Engineering) and Versor SRO (Versor) are reportedly controlled directly or indirectly by sanctioned Slovakian citizen Ashot Mkrtychev, designated as otal for arranging shipping negotiations arms and ammunition from North Korea to Russia.
