The incident occurred in the Metrobús lane of the 25 de Mayo highway at the height of Carabobo street, where a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van belonging to the combis company La Medalla, located in the area of the Ezeiza district of Buenos Aires, rammed a two people who invaded that lane.
A Peugeot 207 car, patent JMO733, in which three people were traveling, stopped due to an altercation between one of the men inside and a woman, who got out of the vehicle.
At that moment, the 35-year-old woman went up the access ramp to the 25 de Mayo highway, crossed the main route and jumped over the wall that divides the hand that goes towards downtown Buenos Aires with the Metrobús lane, while she was followed. by one of the men – 40 – who were in the car.
Apparently while the two were having a discussion, the van that was going through that exclusive lane tried to avoid them, but due to the little space, it could not stop and rammed them, the sources explained. As a result of the impact, the couple died on the spot, as confirmed by medical personnel from the Emergency Medical Care Service (SAME) who arrived at the scene.
