Microsoft has confirmed that will withdraw the enormous amount of 46 games from the store Xbox 360 this Tuesday February 7thso those interested in acquiring them digitally must do so before this date.
Although digital stores offer many advantages, there are also some unfortunate realities, and game recalls are one of the most frustrating aspects of digital gaming.
Xbox 360 originally launched in 2005, but its digital storefront is still active today. No new Xbox 360 games are released on the platform store, but players still have the opportunity to purchase them.
Unfortunately, for those of you still playing on Xbox 360, 46 games from the Xbox 360 store will soon be unavailable.
The 46 games removed from the Xbox 360 store include several Assassin’s Creed games, two Call of Duty titles, the original Dark Souls, both Left 4 Dead games, Mass Effect 2, Splinter Cell Conviction and many others.
The original Xbox game, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 – The Sith Lords, will also be removed from the Xbox 360 store on February 7. The good news is that none of these games will be removed from the Xbox One or Xbox Series X stores, so backward compatible titles will still be available.
