Fans now have a clearer idea of the specs needed to run Hogwarts Legacy at different resolutions and frame rates.
The official technical requirements for Hogwarts Legacy have already been revealed, and it seems that players will need a high-end PC to play Ultra. To run Hogwarts Legacy in 4K on Ultra, fans will need either an RTX 3090 Ti or a Radeon RX 7900 XT, paired with either an i7-10700K or a Ryzen 5800X.
Users who start from these CPU requirements, but have an RTX 2080 Ti or Radeon RX 6800 XT will be able to play Hogwarts Legacy at 60 FPS in 1440p with the same settings enabled.
On the opposite side of the spectrum, Hogwarts Legacy requires a minimum GTX 960 or Radeon RX 470 to run on low settings. These minimum requirements will allow for 30FPS gameplay at 720p, as fans will need a GeForce 1080 Ti or Radeon RX 5700 XT to run it at 1080p at 60FPS.
As for the CPU, users need an i5-6600 or Ryzen 5 1400 for the minimum configuration, while gaming at the recommended configuration requires an i7-8700 or Ryzen 5 3600.
Hogwarts Legacy players will need 16GB of RAM to meet the minimum and recommended specs, while 32GB is required for both variants on Ultra. Lastly, fans will need around 85 GB of storage space, preferably an SSD, to download the game.
