Juarez City.- Three defendants for the crimes of qualified robbery and express kidnapping, committed to the detriment of a merchant in Ciudad Juárez, were linked to the process, reported the State Attorney General’s Office.

In a statement it was reported that they are Myrna Lucero PP, José Brian MG and Jesús Adrián MG

The three face criminal charges for the events that occurred on April 21, between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., in a building on Morelia street in the Granjas Polo Gamboa neighborhood.

According to what was stated during the hearing, presumably through physical violence, they subdued the victim, tying her hands and feet to strip her of cash and various merchandise, as well as electronic devices and tools.

Facts for which they were detained in flagrante delicto by elements of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat and were made available to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, which was part of the investigation folder.

The Control Judge of the Bravos Judicial District considered the evidence presented sufficient to decide that the defendants must face criminal proceedings under the precautionary measure of preventive detention.
