In a lock operation carried out by the Fatima Commando Division, this morning they arrested three women, one 18 and the other two 20 years old, who had assaulted a 57-year-old man to steal his cell phone, a device that was recovered. In their possession they had a knife and a sharp iron, with which they threatened the victim.
Around 4 p.m. today, an operator from the 911 Integral Operations Center alerted the agents that a man required police presence, because he was approached by three women in the vicinity of Jorge Kemerer Avenue. and Melchora Street, who at knifepoint stole his phone.
Immediately, the commando carried out an extensive search of the area, when near the Fatima Hospital they managed to intercept the thieves, kidnapping the applicant’s device in their possession.
Finally, a patrol from the Women’s Police Station transferred the criminals to the police unit, where they were placed at the disposal of Justice. As for the victim, he was transferred for the purpose of filing the corresponding complaint and his cell phone was restored.
