Cuban police detained a man who had allegedly stolen a toolbox, after a chase through the municipality of Centro Habana, where the individual hid on the roof of a building.

The authorities reported that the traffic chief in that municipality, Major Alain Blach Aldana, was on a tour of Manrrique and Salud streets when he noticed that a group of neighbors was chasing a Cuban “who was moving agitated and running.”

People yelled “catch him,” after which the agent “chased the citizen on his motorcycle at a moderate speed and at the intersection of Campanario and Reyna streets captured him on top of a building” with the support of a police officer.
