The capital’s Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the homicide of a man who was apparently assaulted inside the La Polar restaurant, in the San Rafael neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office, last Sunday.

The victim was identified as Antonio, 55, who was in the establishment in the company of a woman.

One version indicates that the man argued with the restaurant staff about a charge on his account.

The other that had a discussion with the diners of another table and later the security elements of the place intervened.

Both hypotheses suggest that the business workers would have attacked Antonio. His companion, Adriana, told the authorities that the employees took him to some kind of restaurant cellar to beat him.

In fact, the woman broadcast live on Facebook when she questioned the waiters about the whereabouts of the victim.

In a video from the place’s own video surveillance cameras, broadcast on social networks, it is seen that they open a door in the parking area and a man throws Antonio’s inert body to the ground, then, with the help of a guard, they take it out on the street. The action was witnessed by at least ten people, including diners and employees.

In another video, the body of the man is seen lying on the street and his companion is heard saying that he is in La Polar and that “Toño has already died.”
